On his first General Assembly on 7 November 2007 in the European Office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Brussels, the “European Network of Political Foundations” (ENOP) has elected Dr. Jürgen D. Wickert (Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit) as its new coordinator for two years. ENoP consists of 41 members from 19 countries and is not an umbrella organization but a cooperation to represent the interests of the 5 political families in Europe concerning the EU.
